Graham Payne is Managing Director, responsible
for managing the MBNL team, the relationship with parent companies
and accountable for delivering the business plan. Key focus on
establishing the team and contracts that will guarantee a
successful network consolidation and ongoing operational network.

Fiona McNaught PA to MD & Office Admin
Fiona McNaught is PA to Managing Director and
Office Admin. As well as providing support to Graham and the
Directors Fiona is responsible for the day-to-day running of the
Amersham office. Fiona recently joined MBNL from 3 UK where she
was a Legal PA having joined 3 in Nov 2007.

Brian More O'Ferrall Finance Director
As Finance Director, Brian More O'Ferrall is
responsible for the overall finance function within MBNL. His
responsibilities include company reporting, commercial
negotiations, procurement and overall finance function.

Russell Jeffries Acting Deployment Director
Russell Jeffries is acting Deployment Director.
He is responsible for overseeing all RNC & cell-site deployment,
including site planning, negotiation/acquisition, construction,
logistics, equipment installation, network consolidation, initial
optimisation & testing. Russell transferred to MBNL from 3UK where
he held the position of Rollout Programme Manager. Russell joined
3UK in 2006 from Vodafone.

Juliette Wallace Property Director
Juliette Wallace is responsible for all aspects
relating to the Network Property for 3 UK, T-Mobile and MBNL,
including producing acquisition and town and country planning
guidelines, undertaking lease renewals and rent reviews,
maintaining relationships with landlords and ensuring accurate
payment of the rent, rates and utilities costs relating to the RAN
portfolio. She joins MBNL from T-Mobile where she was the Head of
RAN Commercial & Strategy, having originally joined T-Mobile in
1998.

Simon Kirby Operations Director
Simon Kirby is responsible for the day to day
management and performance of the 3UK and T-Mobile 2G and 3G radio
network services and their associated management and reporting
systems, delivered through a number of outsource partners. Simon
moves to MBNL from 3UK where he was Head of Service Management,
having previously joined 3 from Airspan Networks in early 2001.

Jeremy Gayer Network Design Director
Jeremy Gayers key responsibility in the short
term is to ensure that the radio network is enabled to support the
network consolidation programme. This requires provision of
sufficient transmission and RNC capacity as well as all the design
guidelines to ensure the Deployment Teams implement the
consolidation in the most cost efficient and technically secure
way. Jeremy moved to MBNL from 3UK which he joined in 2000 from
the IT and Telecoms consultancy CMG.

Belinda Fawcett Legal Director
Belinda Fawcett is Legal Director. She is
responsible for the team of MBNL and external lawyers dealing with
all the commercial and property related legal matters within MBNL,
including corporate governance and contract management issues.
Belinda moved to MBNL from 3UK where she headed up the property
legal team as Senior Legal Counsel responsible for retail and
other commercial property activities and previously network
rollout. She joined 3 in 2004 from Dixons.
