Graham Payne - Managing Director
Graham Payne is Managing Director, responsible
for managing the MBNL team, the relationship with shareholder companies
and accountable for delivering the business plan. Key focus on
establishing the team and contracts that will guarantee a
successful network consolidation and ongoing operational network.

Belinda Fawcett – Legal Director
Belinda Fawcett is responsible for the MBNL Legal Team and for the appointment and management of the panel of external lawyers dealing with all the Commercial and Property related legal matters within MBNL. The Role includes all corporate governance and contract management issues and administration of the Company Secretarial function within MBNL. Belinda moved to MBNL from 3UK where she headed up the Property legal team as Senior Legal Counsel responsible for Retail and other Commercial property activities and previously Network Rollout. She joined 3 in 2004 from Dixons where she was Legal Director of Dixons Retail Properties Limited.

Brian More O'Ferrall – Finance Director
As Finance Director, Brian More O'Ferrall is
responsible for the overall finance function within MBNL. His
responsibilities include company reporting, commercial
negotiations, procurement and overall finance function.

Paul Craig – IT Director
Paul Craig is responsible for the consolidation of the
current IT toolset. The IT team is split into two streams
concentrating on Strategy & Planning which covers the Roadmap of
activities over the next few years as well as the day to day
activities handled by the Service & Delivery team. Both teams are
closely supported by Procurement and Programme Management and work
closely with the shareholders and managed partners in delivering the
overall MBNL objectives. Paul started his career in Cellnet and
has worked for Orange, Digifone, Three and Accenture in the past.

Juliette Wallace – Property Director
Juliette Wallace is responsible for all aspects
relating to the Network Property for Three UK, T-Mobile and MBNL,
including producing acquisition and town and country planning
guidelines, undertaking lease renewals and rent reviews,
maintaining relationships with landlords and ensuring accurate
payment of the rent, rates and utilities costs relating to the RAN
portfolio. She joins MBNL from T-Mobile where she was the Head of
RAN Commercial & Strategy, having originally joined T-Mobile in
1998.

Simon Kirby – Operations Director
Simon Kirby is responsible for the day to day
management and performance of the Three UK and T-Mobile 2G and 3G radio
network services and their associated management and reporting
systems, delivered through a number of outsource partners. Simon
moves to MBNL from Three UK where he was Head of Service Management,
having previously joined Three from Airspan Networks in early 2001.

Jeremy Gayer – Network Design Director
Jeremy Gayer is responsible for a high calibre
team of Network Deployment and Network Design experts integrated
with a strong Programme Management function. The team is
accountable for the successful delivery of network improvement to
time cost and quality using the capabilities of our managed
service partners in the most cost efficient way. This has provided
Three’s and Everything Everywhere’s customers with dramatic
improvements in data throughput and network performance. While at
Three, Jeremy was heavily involved in the creation of MBNL which
he subsequently joined. Prior to Three Jeremy worked for the IT
and Telecoms consultancy CMG. |

Fiona McNaught – PA to MD & Office Admin
Fiona McNaught is PA to Managing Director Graham
Payne and
Office Admin. As well as providing support to Graham and the
Directors Fiona is responsible for the day-to-day running of the
MBNL Amersham office. Fiona joined MBNL from Three UK where she
was a Legal PA having joined Three in Nov 2007.
